  • Mobile Personal Training

    Enjoy workouts in the privacy and comfort of your own home. I, as your trainer will come to you making it easier to fit a workout into your busy or not so busy schedule. Workouts will last 50 minutes and will contain a variety of body weight exercises, TRX training cables, exercise bands and more.

  • Online Coaching

    If you want to lose weight but not train one on one sessions or have found yourself trying multiple different diets but have not been able to find long lasting results, this option may be just for you. You will be provided with a game plan for your success, coaching calls, and unlimited email and texting support from me! Sessions will consist of 25-min weekly coaching calls where we dive in on your nutrition, and design a personalized program just for you. We address your health from multiple angles and the extra guidance and accountability will help keep you focused and on track to reaching your goals.

  • Studio 1 on 1 sessions

    These 50-minute sessions will take place at a private training studio in Rohnert Park where we will be able to utilize equipment and weights to burn calories, build strength, build lean muscle and create excellent results. The personal training studio allows for only one coach at a time which means you will be able to workout with comfort and privacy. You will enjoy the tailor-designed exercise programs that are suited to meet your particular needs,.

  • Flexibility/Mobility Training

    Take advantage of these 25-minute flexibility and mobility sessions if you find yourself feeling extra stiff, tight, or just less mobile than you want to be. Here, I can help guide you with some foam rolling, stretching, and other movements to help regain some of the flexibility and mobility that you may be lacking.
