From your very first meeting with her she really listens to what you’re hoping to accomplish and makes sure to set you on good path. She was great with helping me figure out a nutrition plan that was flexible yet sustainable (none of these fad diets!) and we were able to dial in an at gym workout and an at home workout for those times my crazy schedule just didn’t allow me to get into the gym. She was great with our weekly check-in’s (making sure my nutrition and workouts were on target and helped me make changes along the way when needed) and was AWESOME with randomly texting me making sure I was staying on track. She continued to do this well after our Personal Coaching time had ended and I am extremely grateful for that! I was able to hit my goal, but most importantly, brought back a confidence I hadn’t had in quite some time. I’ve always been active and never had a problem with maintaining my weight. But like many, the pandemic impacted me, and due to my studio closing, I picked up a few pounds. I needed a reset physically, and mentally. I went to Sherrell who came highly recommended as a personal trainer and told her my goals. Sherrell is thorough, tough, compassionate, and lovely, and will help you get the results you’re looking for. I really wanted to establish consistency with being active and I also wanted to lose weight, and she helped me learn how to achieve both of those things. I am still on my journey, but I know I’ll get there because I have all the tools I need. She knows your limits, she will push you when you want to give up, and encourages you because she knows you’re stronger.
